Our artists are very passionate about their art and want you to be as happy as they are with their creation.
The greatest satisfaction comes from the ultimate approval when a member of the public decides they would like to display the chosen art in their home, or place of work and are prepared to pay for this right. Our artists want you to be happy & it is due to this mutual satisfaction that Passion Palette offers a generous returns policy.
We go beyond our legal obligations to offer a further time period in order to decide whether to retain your purchase. We securely package each & every item sold through Passion Palette, but if an item does arrive damaged, please notify us in writing by email, within 3 days of receipt. We will require you to initially meet the costs of the return delivery, but will reimburse you for this when providing a refund. You will also have the option of exchanging for another item from our stock, or a credit note for a future purchase.
If you simply decide that you no longer desire the painting once received you have 10 days from the date of despatch to notify us in writing and 14 days from the date of despatch to arrange for the return delivery. Once again, an exchange will be offered. If a full refund is preferable the item must be received back in its original condition along with packaging before this will be agreed. If the time scales are adhered to and the product is in the appropriate condition a full refund will be made within 21 days of receipt of the returned product.
The above returns policy is not applicable to Commissions ordered through Passion Palette. As these are made-to-order the agreement stands between the artist and the customer and no refund will be provided.
